2009 Trip

Hello! For everyone who doesn't know I will be heading back to Rwanda this May! This year's trip will be pretty much the same, except I will be an assistant this year. We will be taking off on May 9, 2009. That is the day I was supposed to have commencement, so unfortunately I won't be able to participate - but I think it's worth it! We will visit London again and then arrive in Rwanda May 11th. I am SO excited to visit the orphanage again and see all the kids! I have been very busy planning and helping all the other students. It has been so exciting deciding what to bring for the kids. It will be another amazing experience. It has been so exciting to watch this year's group develop their passion and excitement about both the trip and the country and the people. I know that they will have the same life-changing experience we did last year. I can't wait to see their reactions while we're there! I'll do my best to keep this updated, but as we've learned, the internet is unreliable!!! :-)
